What sets me apart from other trainers is my way of helping my clients understand their bodies. wether they need help with diet, learning how to feel your glutes, activating your lats I have the cues and tricks to help you truly learn. I also will help you to understand energy balance. Wether you are in need of a caloric surlpus, deficit or maintenance. I truly care greatly for my clients and often have them for 5 + years.

Kira Blackman

Hello! My name is Kira Blackman. I have been a NASM certified Personal trainer for the past three years. I have competed as a nationally Qualified NPC competitor in both women's Physique as well as women's figure divisions. This last year I competed in a powerlifting meet as a bench specialist and hope to compete more. I am currently working on getting my Corrective Exercise Science Certification and have big plans to expand my education even more throughout the year. I am happy to be a part of the team here with Trevor Summers and so many other knowledgeable trainers.

Erika has years of experience in personal training and has recently decided to join the Uplifted Team! Erika is certified with her NASM CPT and has achieved an Associate of Exercise Science degree.

She is also working toward a Bachelor of Kinesiology with an emphasis on Rehabilitative Science and Pre-Physical Therapy. Erika has many areas of expertise in training including hypertrophy strength training, weight loss, and rehabilitation.

What Erika loves most about personal training is helping clients build the best version of themselves. She prides herself on helping clients improve their strength, better their nutrition, and perfect their form during exercise so that they can succeed in reaching their goals.

She has a friendly approach to coaching and makes new gym goers feel comfIn addition to training, Erika also enjoys working with clients at Osteostrong to improve their bone density. In Erika’s spare time, you can find her strength training at Uplifted Gym, floating the river with friends during the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and grinding away at BSU during the school year.
