I have been a coach at Uplifted gym since we opened 3 years ago. I couldn’t ask for a better team to work with and this environment is my home away from home.
I have been certified through NASM as a CPT, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition coach for the past 5 years.
My passion for movement has brought me to places all around the country/world to train and learn with coaches from all over the globe. Throughout my career, I have obtained certifications such as Functional Kettlebell Training through PPSC, level 1 and 2 Landmine and RMT specialist through Weck method and Landmine University. I also hold a certification as a Barbell Rehab Method coach through BRM. I’ve attended numerous additional workshops and seminars along the way and have had the opportunity to work with many different unconventional and conventional tools.
I’ve competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding as my main focus early on in my career, however, I feel as though my true passion is in understanding the potential of the body and movement while helping athletes excel to new levels of performance.
My philosophy as a coach is to meet you where you’ are and provide the tools and resources to help you break through your own personal walls while moving toward the self you want to become.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 14 years, and a personal trainer for over 2 years. I have competed at high levels in baseball, basketball, and football. I started my fitness journey doing bodybuilding, transitioned into powerlifting, and I now compete in the amazing sport of strongman.
My main focus with training is to simply help individuals get better. That could be with diet, strength, competing in a sport, muscle growth, full body transformation, or even just keeping the body mobile. I work with a wide range of clients, including individuals in their early 20s to individuals in their 80s, from those who already have a solid foundation of mobility and strength, to clients who need to focus on pre-hab/rehab work due to past injuries. Whatever your goals and needs, I can help you achieve them and keep you accountable.

Hi! I’m happy you’re here :)
I have been a trainer at Uplifted Gym since November 2023. Since I was a little girl, my habits + hobbies ranged from weight lifting, dance, gymnastics, yoga, skiing - you name it.
I became a personal trainer because I believe learning to balance recovery, play & hard work can unlock the body’s deepest powers. My intentions are to help us honor our bodies as they are, while simultaneously boosting them to their fullest potential.
My coaching style focuses on using resistance training paired with an emphasis on recovery habits to build OR shred SUSTAINABLY. Always happy to say hi or answer any questions you may have. <3

I am an educated and enthusiastic personal trainer that listens and helps adapt your training to your lifestyle and needs. I care about your day to day situations and I want to add value to your life by making those situations easier through strength and conditioning. I’ve played collegiate sports, been injured, overweight, and unhappy with poor habits.
I have also lost 100lbs, increased my mobility, increased my strength, and changed my life through consistent beneficial behaviors. I would love to work with someone who’s ready to make a positive and sustainable change to their life.

NASM Personal Training Certification With over seven years in the fitness industry and a background in competitive sports for six years prior, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my role as a personal trainer. My mission is to help clients master proper lifting form, build confidence in the gym, and get comfortable with equipment—creating a solid foundation for lifelong health and fitness. For me, fitness goes beyond just building a physique; it’s about reshaping self-perception and embracing challenges both physically and mentally. Lifting in the gym is more than moving weight—it’s a mental game that pushes you to grow stronger in every aspect of life. I aim to teach my clients not only how to excel physically but also how to cultivate the mental resilience to overcome obstacles. Together, we’ll work to unlock your full potential and become the best version of yourself. Whether you’re new to the gym, a seasoned athlete, male or female, I train anyone who wants the extra push and to be challenged.
